As a Massage Therapist since 1996, doTerra Wellness Advocate since 2013, Zumba Fitness Instructor since 2019 and  California native until relocating to Ireland to live Happily Ever After with my family in 2017.

I am here to inspire you to kick your self care into gear with tips on Massage Therapy, Essential Oils, Natural Lifestyle, Movement and Wellness.

Let me share a little bit of my story....I have been a massage therapist for 20+ years and come across many wellness products, oils, supplements, drinks, etc and I have never felt better about recommending doTerra as a company and product line to my clients and loved ones.
