I love taking care of others. 

My friends, family and clients are top priority. 

But what about me?

Self Care is not selfish.

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

You must fill yourself up first each day and then we can be of service to others.

In my own health journey over the years, I've come to appreciate the value of natural solutions and partnering with ethical, eco-friendly companies.

The more we can do that is both good for the earth and good for our bodies, the better! I would love to teach you more about how to use one of my favourite natural solutions, essential oils, to feel better and live well.
